Nichole has been a longtime family friend of the Van Nostrands, going back to 1996 when she and Shirley were in the same hire class at Northwest Airlines as reservation agents. The two became fast friends and have worked together on various projects over the years.
After taking time off to raise her three daughters, Nichole obtained her insurance license and joined Advantage Insurance Benefits as an agent in 2011. She found her niche in health insurance and has a genuine passion for helping people.
Nichole knows that health insurance can feel overwhelming, and at times intimidating. Her goal is to put clients at ease by listening to their needs and concerns and putting them first. There's no greater compliment to her than hearing, "Thank you, you made that so easy."
Outside of work, Nichole enjoys time with her family, whether that's Sunday night dinners, watching her youngest play volleyball and basketball, or vacationing somewhere warm by a pool. She and her husband own a small Italian restaurant in Sumner, WA, and she also teaches group fitness classes at her local gyms.
