WHAT DOES IT COST?

• Your premium is based on your income. The standard Medicare Part B monthly premium in 2026 is $202.90. If your income is above $109,000 (single) or $218,000 (married couple), then your Medicare Part B premium will be a higher monthly premium. To see the income chart please click here.

• If you are not drawing Social Security, then you will be billed quarterly for your Part B premiums.

• Covers Medicare-eligible physician services

• Outpatient hospital services and surgery

• Outpatient rehabilitative services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, etc.)

• Durable medical equipment (Wheelchairs, CPAP Machines, etc.)

• Lab tests & X-rays

 

ADDITIONAL 2026 EXPENSES WHEN USING PART B:

• $283 annual deductible.

• 20-35% coinsurance for Medicare-covered outpatient services.

• 20-40% coinsurance for Medicare-covered Mental Health Services.
